Grilled Peaches with Balsamic Reduction and Maple Yogurt
Ingredients:
- Ripe peaches, pitted and halved, no need to peel (1-2 per person)
- 1-2 T balsamic vinegar or balsamic reduction per peach
- 1-2 T maple yogurt per peach (vegan is fine, I used full fat plain yogurt with maple syrup stirred in)
Instructions:
- Grill the cut side of the peaches right over the flame until brown lines appear, about 5 minutes (you can also do this under the broiler).
- Flip the peaches and fill the pit wells with balsamic, grill another 5-10 minutes, until tender and browning/blackening on the bottom side.
- Cool slightly and fill the pit wells with the maple yogurt, drizzle with more balsamic and enjoy immediately.
