Corn Pudding

Dear World,

Corn Pudding. It's a Thanksgiving staple at my house and it should be at yours too. Crunchy, sweet, salty, creamy, easy to make, this is my favorite Thanksgiving dish. Enough said.


Awesome, Awesome Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

- 1 box yellow Jiffy cornmeal mix (I am ashamed)
- 2 bags frozen corn (not the big giant bags)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 oz sour cream 
- 1 c cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:

- Combine everything in a giant bowl.
- Pour into a shallow glass baking dish (no need to grease it, obvi).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.

You can totally make this a few days ahead or even longer and freeze it.
