Overnight oats train
Chocolate Cinnamon Overnight Oats
(serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 1-2 t chia seeds
- 1/2 c oatmeal (any kind will work, even steel cut)
- 1/2-1 T unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 T maple syrup
- .5 c milk (I used soy unsweetened)
- 1 t cinnamon
- fruit, nuts, and/or more cinnamon for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine everything except the garnishes and stir well. The cocoa may just stay on top and that's fine.
- Put in a sealed container in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Stir, top with garnishes, and enjoy.
