Chocolate-Covered Popcorn

Dear Turkey,

This costs a lot of
Money at the grocery store
If it's even there


Chocolate-Covered Popcorn
(makes about 2-3 cups)

Ingredients:
- 1-2 t canola oil
- 1/3 c popcorn kernels
- 1 t salt
- 1 T coconut oil
- 2/3-3/4 c chocolate chips, depending on how much popcorn you have and how chocolate-y you want it

Instructions:
- Pop the popcorn in the canola oil and toss with the salt. Remove as many un-popped kernels as you can. 
- Melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in the microwave and toss with the popcorn. Feel free to throw in nuts, marshmallows, pretzels, whatever you want. 
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 300 F for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely (in the freezer if you want) and store at room temperature.
