3 Ingredient No Sugar Added Decadent Vegan Brownies
(makes 16 small but satisfying brownies)

Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, ripe, mashed (I actually used 3 1/2 c containers of Gerber baby food bananas, which were amazing)
- 1 c crunchy almond butter (get one with just almonds as the ingredient), soft 
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 1 t salt (optional)
- 1 t cinnamon (optional)
- 1 t vanilla (optional)

Instructions:
- Combine everything and stir until mixed. A few lumps of something won't hurt you.
- Generously grease or use parchment paper to line a loaf pan or equivalent (I used a round cast-iron pan) and pour the batter into it.
- Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes, or until the top feels like it's starting to get firm. If you're not sure, bake them longer. Cool and slice. These freeze well. I like to bake them on the underdone side and then freeze and microwave them before serving so they're nice and molten; the only challenge to this approach is that they are really tricky and messy to slice when they come out of the oven.
