Big and Little Pasta Salad

Dear Turkey,

Big giant pasta
And little everything else
Makes a fun salad


Big and Little Pasta Salad
(serves a party)

Ingredients:
- 1 box large shells, cooked al dente
- 1 can small white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 apple, cut up small
- 2 big handfuls greens and herbs (I used chives, arugula, basil, tarragon, and parsley), snipped small
- 1 c walnuts, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/4 c lemon juice (bottled is fine)
- 1/4 c good olive oil
- 1/4 c good balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c plain yogurt (I used full-fat)
- 1/4 c mustard (I used Grey Poupon country mustard)
- pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:
- While the pasta cooks, assemble the next 5 ingredients. Drain the pasta and mix it with those 5 ingredients while still hot.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate dish and whisk. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir to combine. This keeps great in the fridge.
