Pumpkin Cinnamon Muffin Tops

Dear Turkey,

You don't need to buy
A special tin to make these
That's just a gimmick


Pumpkin Cinnamon Muffin Tops
(makes 10-12)

Ingredients:
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 c flour (I used white whole wheat)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T cinnamon
- 2 T flax or chia seeds (I used whole ground flaxseeds)
- 1/2 c chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips, optional
- 1/4 c canola oil

Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until just combined.
- Cover 2 baking stones with parchment paper and drop 5-6 muffin tops on each stone. Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon if you want.
- Bake at 375 F for 16-21 minutes, until they are getting firm to the touch. 
- Cool on stones. These freeze well.
