Cookies and Cream Fudge

Dear Turkey,

So I just made some


Cookies and Cream Fudge
(adapted from here)

Ingredients:
- 3 c sugar
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 2 c white chocolate chips (if you look in the natural foods section you may be able to find some with relatively-better ingredients -- but at this point, who cares?)
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 c crushed oreos
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c crumbled oreos 

Instructions:
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, boil the sugar, butter, and milk at a rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the chips, fluff, vanilla, and crushed oreos. 
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking pan lined with parchment. 
- Sprinkle the crumbled oreos on top and use a knife to gently swirl them in a bit. 
- Chill 1 hour or until firm before slicing.
