4-Ingredient No Added Sugar Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Donuts

Dear Turkey,

My donuts are so
Good, I can't eat at Dunkin'
Anymore...almost

4- Ingredient No Added Sugar Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Donuts
(adapted from here, makes 9 in my donut pan, which is somewhere between regular and mini)

Ingredients:
- 1.5 c oat flour (I imagine white whole wheat would work just fine as well)
- 1 c mashed banana (I used 2 1/2 c containers of Gerber mashed banana)
- 1/2 c unsweetened carob chips, or a similar amount of chopped unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c milk of your choice (I used soy unsweetened)
- 1 t salt (optional)
- 1 t cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)
- 1 t vanilla (optional)
For the glaze, optional: I often stir together unsweetened cocoa (start with a T or 2), cinnamon (about 1 t), vanilla (about 1 t), and just enough water to reach a frosting-like (or glaze-like, if you want it thinner) consistency and frost with that. Powdered and sugar with vanilla and water also works well. For these donuts, I combined a couple of T each of creamy peanut butter, cocoa, about 1 t cinnamon, and just enough soy milk to make it spreadable.

Instructions:
- Combine all donut ingredients until just mixed. Spoon into donut pans, greased if necessary (mine are silpat).
- Bake at 350 F for about 15-20 minutes, or until donuts spring back when touched and the tops are just starting to get the slightest hint of crispy. Let stand until cool and gently remove from pans.
- These freeze well. You can frost them now and then freeze them unstacked, or freeze them and frost them right before eating.

Enjoy,
Tofu
