Vegan Chocolate Graham Crackers

Dear Turkey,

A cracker than my older
Ones, but still awesome

Vegan Chocolate Graham Crackers
(adapted from here, makes one cookie sheet worth, so consider doubling)

- 3/4 c white whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c cocoa
- pinch salt
- 1 t canola oil
- 2.5 T warm water
- 3 T maple syrup

- With your hands, combine everything until a ball forms, and knead a few times. 
- Roll out between two pieces of wax paper (muscles required).
- Carefully place the dough onto a baking stone covered with parchment and use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut into cracker shapes. Gently separate them a little bit if you have room. Poke each one with a fork a few times (it doesn't have to go all the way through).
- Bake at 350 F for 18-25 minutes, until desired crunchiness. Cool completely and store in an airtight container at room temp.
