Quick and Delicious Vegan Chocolate Cake

Dear Turkey,

Some molasses and
Some vanilla extract is
Just what a cake needs


Quick and Delicious Vegan Chocolate Cake
(serves 6, barely adapted from Flour Bakery)

Ingredients:
- 1.5 c white flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c water
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 t vanilla 
- 2 T molasses
- powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:
- Stir together the first 5 ingredients. Pour in the remaining 4 ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Bake in a well-oiled pie dish at 350 F for 30-35 mins, or until the cake springs back when you touch it in the middle.
- Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar. Store at room temp.
