Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
(makes 24, adapted from here)

Ingredients:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 2 T whole ground flaxseeds
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1/2 c nuts (I used chopped pecans)

Instructions:
- Mash/mix/beat together the first 4 ingredients. I used a frozen banana and peanut butter from the fridge, so I just put all 4 ingredients in the microwave for a minute and then mashed it all together. 
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover 2 baking stones with parchment and drop 12 cookies on each stone. The cookies are on the small side (but not in calories). 
- Bake at 350 F for 14 minutes. Cool completely. These freeze well.
