Cornbread Salad

Dear Turkey,

It's like the perfect
Crouton, but better for you
And a little sweet


Cornbread Salad
(serves 4-6, adapted from smitten kitchen)

Ingredients:
- 3 c 1-inch cornbread cubes, homemade or from the store, toasted in a 250 F oven for 5-10 minutes
- 4-6 tomatoes, chopped
- 6 c torn lettuce
- 2 c arugula
- 1/2 sweet onion, sliced into thin rings
- salt and pepper
- dressing of your choice (I used buttermilk)

Instructions:
- Combine everything and enjoy.
