Black Bean Chocolate Cookies!

Dear Turkey,

Before you call it
An oxymoron, have a
Look at the brownies

Black Bean Chocolate Cookies
(adapted from here, makes 10-20 cookies)

Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed very well
- 3/4 c nut butter (I used peanut butter but I could see this being really good with almond butter)
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/2 c maple syrup (these aren't the sweetest cookies, so you could feel free to double this)
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt (I would skip this if you're using canned beans)

Instructions:
- Put everything in the food processor and process until a ball forms or you can really see the dough coming together.
- Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and spoon 10-20 cookies onto the paper, depending on what size you like them.
- Bake at 350 F for 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies (when I made only 10 cookies, it did take almost 30 minutes).

Enjoy,
Tofu
