Pasta With Leaves and Beans

Dear Turkey,

Go and pick some leaves --
Preferably edible --
Throw them on pasta


Pasta With Leaves and Beans
(serves 1)

Ingredients:
- 1 c pasta, cooked al dente (I used small elbows)
- 1 c beans, rinsed and drained (I used small white beans)
- 1 big handful fresh herbs/greens (I used basil, chives, arugula)
- dash onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- 1 T butter (optional)
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T grated cheese, optional (I used parm)

Instructions:
- While the pasta cooks, put all of the ingredients except for the pasta in the bottom of the bowl that you're going to eat from. Make sure it's big enough to stir everything.
- Drain the pasta and pour it into the bowl while it's still hot. Let it stand for a minute to melt the butter and wilt the greens a bit. Mix well.
