Serving chia pudding makes
Non-vegans want some
Chocolate Chia Pudding
(makes 4 servings, adapted from here)
Ingredients:
- 2 c milk (I used soy unsweetened)
- 2/3 c whole chia seeds
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 2 T honey (this makes a very chocolate-y but not very sweet pudding --feel free to increase)
- Nuts, fruit, maple syrup, whatever you want, for garnish
Ingredients:
- Combine the first 4 ingredients and stir until the cocoa is mostly hidden/dissolved/sunken.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and garnish with whatever, or nothing.
