Ridiculously Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
(makes 12, adapted from here)
Ingredients:
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 c apple sauce (I used unsweetened)
- 1/4 c milk (I used soy unsweetened)
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c oats
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mash the first 4 ingredients very well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop 12 cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. They don't really spread out. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
