The Healthiest Unhealthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dear Turkey,

This is about as
Healthy a cookie can get
And still taste like one


The Healthiest Unhealthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
(makes 24)

Ingredients:
- 2 sticks butter, fridge or room temperature (not melted)
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c water + 2T chia or flax seeds (whole or ground)
- 1 c white flour
- 1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 c chocolate chips

Instructions:
- With an electric mixer (trust me), cream the first 5 ingredients.
- Beat in remaining ingredients.
- If you have time, put the dough in the fridge for an hour or more (and up to a couple days).
- Cover two baking stones or sheets with parchment paper. Drop 12 cookies onto each sheet (normally I like to make cookies as big as your head, but trust me on this one, too).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
