Pineapple Smoothies and Pumpkin Smoothies

Dear Turkey,

I woke up and two
Smoothies had come to me in
A wonderful dream


Pineapple Smoothie
(serves 4)

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1.5 c pineapple juice
- 1/2 c yogurt (I used plain, nonfat, Greek)
- 1 c coconut milk (I used light but you don't have to)

Instructions:
- Blend. I didn't call this a Pina Colada smoothie because it really doesn't taste like one; don't let the coconut milk fool you.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
(serves 1)

Ingredients:
- 1 c soy milk (I used vanilla)
- 1/2 c yogurt (I used plain, nonfat, Greek)
- 1/3 c pumpkin (from a can)
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 smaller dash dried ginger
- 1 smallish dash nutmeg

Instructions:
- Blend and sprinkle with cinnamon. This does taste like pumpkin pie, but it's not overwhelmingly sweet. You can have it for breakfast.
